Test facilities

In order to assure highest quality standards for our motors we conduct all the tests at the company's Osnabrück location. Our modern testing technology and the test procedure certified by TÜV-Nord produce precise measuring results. The test protocols comply with the relevant international standards and are classified as official evidence for the quality of our products. All test results can be presented in graphic and tabular form.

We use a load generator, thus avoiding having to convert a significant amount of additional energy from the mains supply, to test our motors for compliance with world-wide standards. In addition to the type-specific load tests, we determine the following values at the test station:

winding resistance
insulation resistance
high-voltage test
torque curve
no-load characteristic to determine the efficiency
warm-up run/endurance test and cooling curve
